I just loved my stay! We got a suite with a big balcony and an amazing view of Mount Pico and the harbor. The architecture of the old fort adds a unique charm. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and the terrace was great for evening snacks. 🌅

I faced challenges with noise from local events nearby, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The limited pool hours caused frustration as I couldn't enjoy swimming after returning from a day out. Additionally, the bar service felt lacking, as there were few options available for drinks or snacks while relaxing by the pool.

the pool hours were disgracefully limited, closing at 19:00. we arrived hot and ready to swim, only to be turned away. also, the blaring music from the nearby festival ruined my evening rest, earplugs were the least i expected! as a distinguished guest, a complimentary upgrade would have been a nice touch. almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.
